The Digital heating magnetic stirrer equipped with a PT1000 temperature probe allows regulating the temperature directly inside the beaker, thus facilitating emulsifier dissolution and avoiding any damage due to heating. The electronic pipetor allows sampling liquids (emulsifiers, acids, additives) efficiently, in safety conditions.
